Have Questions About Our Process or Policies?

What do I have to do in order to request a project and receive a quote?

Fill out our request form at the bottom of the page (with as much detail as possible) and we will contact you.

 

After I send my intial email, what should I do next?

  • Start preparing and send your content (Text, Images, logos, information, etc.) for your project.

  • Be on the look out for a response email/questionaire and an invoice with your determined balance and project details (deposit needs to be paid before project can begin).

After my proof has been sent, what should I do next?

  • Once your proof has been sent, review it CAREFULLY for any changes or text edits.

  • Once you have approved the proof, if you have a remaining balance on your invoice, it needs to be paid in order to receive any files.

  • After your balance has been paid in full you will receive instruction and all necessary files regarding your project.

How many times am I allowed to revise/make edits to my project?

For every project, TWO sets of revisions are allowed without incurring additional charges.

 

How should I send over my content?

  • ALL content (text, images, logos, information, media, etc.) with correct spelling and information are needed BEFORE we can begin your project.

  • Content may be provided in the following format(s): (Email, Word Documents, TXT, and/or PDF)

  • Next Elevation Co. also accepts the following file types (Hi-Res JPEG, Hi-Res PNG, TIFF, EPS, AI, and PSD)

  • Any content that has to be produced by Next Elevation Co. on behalf of your project will ensue an additional charge, unless otherwise specified.

 

*Note: To ensure that all images are reflected in the sharpest manner, images must be sent in high resolution (minimum 300 dpi).  Images that are not sent in high resolution will result in poor quality. Next Elevation Co. will not be held responsible, and reserves the right to decline a project due to poor quality.

Tips on proofing?

Prior to completing a project, clients will have the opportunity to review/proofread each job to ensure accuracy.  Once the Next Elevation Co. receives final approval, additional charges will occur if any changes/edits need to be made afterwards. We are not responsible for any misspellings, punctuation or formatting after your last approval.

  • Triple Check for the following: spelling and grammar, formatting, dates and times, links, images.

When should I expect My project to be completed?

Unless otherwise specified, Next Elevation Co. has a general turnaround time of up to five business days, for standard projects. For more complex projects, such as websites, Next Elevation will require up to two to three weeks. Revisions will be delivered in up to 1-2 business days. More complex changes or redraws maybe be delivered up to 5 business days (depending on the complexity of work).

Projects that require that require a turnaround of 24 to 48 hours will be charged a RUSH FEE of $25.00

Projects that require same-day turnaround will be charged a RUSH FEE of $40.00.

Upon the final approval and full payment of the your project, Next Elevation Co. will require up to 2 business days to put together all of the files. Next Elevation Co. agrees to deliver logo designs to you in appropriate high quality formats.

How do I pay for a project? How does Next Elevation Co. process payments?

Invoices will be sent from Paypal to the email address provided, unless otherwise specified and agreed upon by both parties. Each invoice can be paid with Credit/Debit card or through Paypal accounts.  ALL invoices require a payment of a non-refundable deposit to begin your project.

  • For totals up to $50.00, payment upfront is required.

  • For totals $50.00 to $500.00, payment of half the total amount is required as your deposit.

  • For totals $500.00 and above, a deposit amount will be communicated to you based on a timeline of multiple equal payment amounts, that will be paid during the course of your project.

Can I get a refund?

We guarantee your full satisfaction or your money back. An administration fee of 3.5% of your original purchase price will be deducted from the amount refunded.

The refund policy will not take effect in any of the following events:

  • If you purchased a "Special Package".

  • If you have already approved your logo design.

  • If work has already commenced on one of your samples and 3 or more logo design changes have been carried out at your request.

  • If you purchased an Ultimate package and we have already presented you 12 or more logo concepts.

  • If the party for which the logo was being designed closes, changes its name, or changes its field of business.

  • If the project was canceled for reasons unrelated to the logo designed by Next Elevation Co.

  • If you have not communicated with Next Elevation Co. for more than 6 months following the submission of the logo design.

  • If other design companies were simultaneously hired to work on the same logo design project.

Do I own the rights to the produced content?

Next Elevation Co. transfers the rights to your company to use your new material in all media useful for your business promotion. We ask that you let us display the created content and business name, and website address for testimonial and promotional purposes on our website and in printed ads. The final created content is the property of Next Elevation Co. until full payment is made. In the event of termination of this Agreement, Next Elevation Co. owns the created content and has the right to complete, exhibit, and/or sell the Logo Design (but not your business name). Next Elevation Co. also owns all the logo design concepts created before your chosen final design. 
In the event that payment for any created content is not made in accordance with the payment policies of Next Elevation Co., then all of client's rights in and to the designed content, including any trademark property, will immediately revert back to Next Elevation Co.

Is my content copyrighted or trademarked?

Next Elevation Co. does not file a trademark application with respect to the logos designed for its client.
It is up to your company to copyright the logo design (http://www.copyright.gov) after final payment. It is also up to your company to do a Trademark search and federal trademark registration if you would like to register your logo as a company Trademark. NOTE: Files will not be released until all payments have been made.
