  • After requesting services you MUST be content and payment ready.

​

  • Payment must be made in full for project to start. We do not negotiate prices or offer payment plans.

​

  • All payments are made through our website or an invoice will be sent to you that can be paid with a credit/debit card.

​

  • After the first proof is sent, you have 4 business day window to provide your revisions or your project will be marked as complete.

​

  • All projects are given two sets of revisions, unless otherwise specified.

​

  • All editable files range from $40-$80 depending on project.

​

  • All additional sets of revisions are $25/set.

​

  • We will not edit/revamp any logo or graphic without the native editable file.

​

  • Next Elevation Co. accepts the following file types (Hi-Res JPEG, Hi-Res PNG, TIFF, PDF, EPS, AI, and PSD). Content/Text may be provided in the following format(s): Email, Word Documents, TXT, and/or PDF). WE DO NOT ACCEPT BLURRY/PIXELATED PHOTOS OR SCREENSHOTS. Any content that has to be produced by Next Elevation Co. on behalf of your project will ensue an additional charge, unless otherwise specified.

  • Next Elevation Co. is not responsible for any misspellings or errors in content/information provided. Once approved, revision fees will be charged if edits need to be made.

  • No Refunds. Unless otherwise specified. 

​

  • Next Elevation Co. transfers the rights to your company to use your new material in all media useful for your business promotion. We ask that you let us display the created content and business name, and website address for testimonial and promotional purposes on our website and in printed ads. The final created content is the property of Next Elevation Co. until full payment is made. In the event of termination of this Agreement, Next Elevation Co. owns the created content and has the right to complete, exhibit, and/or sell the Logo Design (but not your business name). Next Elevation Co. also owns all the logo design concepts created before your chosen final design.

  • Next Elevation Co. does not file a trademark application with respect to the logos designed for its client.
    It is up to your company to copyright the logo design (http://www.copyright.gov) after final payment. It is also up to your company to do a Trademark search and federal trademark registration if you would like to register your logo as a company Trademark.
